Grow it yourself We are very lucky that our PA chairperson is involved with Fermoy International Garden (FIG) and it available to help our pupils and staff growing. Onions and garlic are gone into our lovely raised beds. Audrey is planning onion soup for the summer term. A few simple, tasty recipes Confit Garlic – we love this recipe for a few reasons. Not only is it easy to make and will keep for a good while, but it highlights the mellow, creamy and flavourful notes of garlic – a chance to show off its versatility! Mummy Garlic Bread - who doesn't love a side of toasted, buttery garlic bread? Even more appealing is the chance to mummify it this spooky season!
